What shipping company is used for my order?

We ship all of our orders through the Unites States Post Office.

How do I return my purchase?

-All exchanges and returns are honored within 14 days of purchase/delivery.

-To return your item(s), include a copy of your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, be sure to include your Order Number in the package.

-Please include reason for Return.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

-Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition within 14 days of purchase/delivery.

-We recommend you ship your return using a trackable shipping method.

Returns are processed within 10 business days after receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued.

How long will it take for my package to come?

We ship out within 1-2 weeks depending on the item because many of our garments are made to order. Once the items are shipped out it also depends on the shipping method you selected during check out. An email will be sent when your items have been shipped.

Ground Shipping: 2-10 business days

2 DAY Shipping: 2-3 business days

1 DAY Shipping: 1-2 business days (depending what time the shipment is picked up)

How do I order items not on the website?

If you are trying to order custom apparel, please contact us via email at Info@Married2Art, explaining in detail your requested item. We make custom apparel for men, women and children for all occasions. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item:

We want to address any issues with incorrect items right away. Please contact us at [email protected] with the order number and the incorrect item’s name and number. We will get back to you within 2 business hours and resolve it for you as quickly as we can. *We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you.

I received a defective item:

We want to address any issues with defective items as soon as possible. If you discover a defect, please contact us with the order number, the defective item’s name and number, and a description of the fault along with a clear photo. We will get back to you within 2 business hours and send you a replacement item as quickly as we possible. If a replacement isn’t available a refund will be issued within 10 business days after the receipt of package.

How often do you restock?

All garments are made to order and will only be made in few quantities. They will not be restocked to offer exclusivity.

Do you have a physical location?

At the present time, we do not have a physical store but will have some products in some local boutiques in Boston and NY in the coming spring.
